02 — Identify Cards

Record set name, card number, print run, and declared market value. Errors in identification delay processing without exception.

03 — Package Cards

Each card ships in a rigid sleeve inside a padded envelope. Condition on arrival is documented before any assessment begins.

04 — Ship & Track

Packaging integrity is condition preservation. Cards that arrive damaged in transit are graded on arrival state, not assumed pre-transit condition. Use a rigid mailer.
